When receiving your Rocket Bunny Pandem shipment, please be sure to follow the instructions on the outside of the box, before you sign for the shipment:

* INSPECT IMMEDIATELY * (before you sign for the shipment)

Inspect for VISIBLE DAMAGE

It is your responsibility to note any damages on all copies of the freight bill
It must be signed by Driver and Consignee (Recipient)
Take detailed pictures for your records (from many angles)

Inspect for CONCEALED DAMAGE (after accepting delivery)

Open all packages to verify all parts are accounted for and check for concealed damage. (Packing List Available Upon Request)
If there is damage, you MUST contact the Shipping Carrier within 48hours of delivery and request Carrier Inspection (contact information can be found on the Freight Bill)
Keep Carton (box) and all packing material. DO NOT remove merchandise from the delivery premises before the Carrier Inspection is made.
Retain Copy of Inspection Report

** All shipments are insured with the carrier and that it is the receiver’s responsibility to note damages at time of delivery. GReddy is not responsible for shipping damages

Race-only products have legal restrictions. Read this before purhasing installing, and/or using!

Race only products are manufactured and sold for installation on vehicles designed to be used solely for competition purposes. Once these parts are installed, the vehicle may never be used , or registered or licenesed for use, on a public road or highway. If you install a race only part on your vehcile and use the vehicle on a public road or highway, you will violate the Clean Air Act and maybe subject to personal civil or criminal liability, including fines of up to $4,819 per day.

It is the responsibilty of the installer and/or user of these products to ensure that they are used in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. If a race only product was purchased in error, do not install and/or use it. The purchaser must arrange to return the product for a full refund.

This policy only applies to installers and/or users who are located in the United States; however, customers who reside in other countries should act in accordance with their local laws and regulations.
